Bayelsa State Governor, Hon. Seriake Dickson has expressed the government’s desire to continue to encourage and support the laudable programmes and projects of the Niger Delta Development Commission, NDDC in the state.
Governor Seriake Dickson stated this during the inauguration of the Youth Corpers apartment complex, built by the NDDC at Otuoke, in Ogbia Local Government Area of the state.

Bayelsa State Governor, Hon. Seriake Dickson on Thursday called on the Federal Government to adequately fund the Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC) in conformity with the provisions of the Act establishing the commission.

Governor Dickson, who stated this on Monday while speaking on a live programme on Africa Independent Television, AIT, emphasized that, until the national economy is diversified, the country would continue to experience harsh economic realities.
