Mission

The Ministry of Youth, Conflict Resolution and Employment Generation will promote sustainable youth development, enduring peace and reduce unemployment among youth in Bayelsa State. 
Goals

  • Establish the number, distribution and age profile of all unemployed youth in Bayelsa State;
  • Identify training and employment opportunities for unemployed youth
  • Develop and deploy peace programmes and officers to all communities including primary and secondary schools in Bayelsa
Policy

The Ministry of Youth, Conflict Resolution and Employment Generation will reduce unemployment and conflict in Bayelsa State by promoting engagement with youth, empowering youth through education and employment, and promoting the enforcement of law and order in youth related activities.
