Dickson mourns Aide, Hon. Otobo, says death painful to Bayelsa

Governor Seriake Dickson of Bayelsa State has described the untimely passage of a two-time meber of the State House of Assembly, Hon. Noah Opusiri Otobo as shocking and painful.

Governor Seriake Dickson of Bayelsa State has described the untimely passage of a two-time meber of the State House of Assembly, Hon. Noah Opusiri Otobo as  shocking and painful.

Governor Dickson in a condolence message, noted that, the passage of Hon. Otobo last week has dealt a devastating blow to his immediate family, friends and the entire state.

According to the statement, the Governor described the deceased as a thorough-bred politician whose experience, both as a lawmaker and Special Adviser had contributed immensely to the stability of the state.

The statement also added that Hon. Otobo's efforts as Special Adviser worked relentlessly to foster the existing cordial working relationship between the Executive and Legislative arms of the state government.

He noted that, late Otobo who is a one-time Special Adviser on Assembly Liaison represented the people of Nembe Constituency 3 creditably well during his time as a member of the State House of Assembly.

Governor Dickson who expressed sadness over the demise, however prayed God to grant the deceased family the fortitude to bear the irreparable loss.
