Bayelsa signs MOU for world-class 350-bed hospital ...takes off in 2017…. Says Dickson

The chairman of the Oyesis Global Network Nig. Ltd. Mr. Hebert Oye. While commending Gov. Seriake Dickson for making Bayelsa a health tourism attraction by constructing the diagnostic centre and other health facilities scattered around the State to Carter for the health of not only the poor but all Bayelsans.

In the same vein, the chairman who is one of the 12 leading endovascular surgeons in the United States, after signing the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) in the governor's conference room said,

" we want to bring a world class health care system to the State to improve on the standard of the health care.

Speaking on the occasion, Gov. Seriake Dickson lauds the the consultant for wanting to bring home his expertise for the service of Bayelsans. Saying, the government house clinic is a world class health facility built to provide good health delivery for Bayelsans.

He used the occasion to call on the contractors to manage and maintain the facility as a means of providing good health and raise IGR for the State.

He also directed the ministry of health to take basic health care services to every community and ward by building a health center for every community.

"If you want good health care services, Bayelsa is the place to come. We, with the health facilities we have built and equipped,will attract the world to Bayelsa, because we are very soon going to be a health tourist center"

The governor, urges Bayelsans to key into the vision and mission of the restoration government as he assures them of putting the 500 bed hospital to use before the end of next year.
